JUST IN: Speaking on behalf of about 20 political parties, Christine !Aoxamus, National General Secretary of the Independent Patriots for Change, has demanded that the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) cease the counting and halt the voting process currently underway. She added that the ECN has not engaged with political parties since their arrival at the ECN around 12:00 today, while granting access to the Secretary General of SWAPO.
