Namibia’s most successful post-Independence entrepreneur, Dr. Quinton van Rooyen, declared his unwavering commitment to Namibia’s first female Presidential candidate and SWAPO Vice President, Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, during a special public discussion with the Minister of Defence, Frans Kapofi, and the Minister of Mines and Energy, Dr. Tom Alweendo. Van Rooyen reiterated that he and his family supported the historic transition in SWAPO leadership and the road to reinvention even during the Ndaitwah campaign at the SWAPO elective congress. He became increasingly convinced that she represents the historic change and strengthening of Namibian unity needed in challenging times, as well as the promise of substantial economic development on the horizon. Most of all she possesses the enduring value of loyalty and trust.
