A 58-YEAR-OLD security guard, identified as Josef Hausiku, was murdered while guarding a business premises in Windhoek.
According to the weekend crime bulletin, the incident occurred on 23 November 2024 at an unknown time at Exclusive Motors on Puccini Street in Windhoek West.
It is reported that at around 06:50, Hausiku’s lifeless body was discovered lying on the ground in a pool of blood, with his trousers partially pulled down and wearing only one shoe. Near his body, a knobkierie and two large bloodstained rocks were found. Blood splatter was visible across the premises.
It is alleged that unknown suspects gained access to the premises and attacked Hausiku with the knobkierie and rocks. His next of kin has been informed. No arrests have been made yet, and police investigations are ongoing.
