JUST IN: High Court Judge Herman January has found Henok Negodhi (44), who stabbed his girlfriend Ndapandula Ndinelago Imene (38) to death in front of her three minor sons on 25 December 2021, guilty of murder, read with the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act. Judge January said that the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty of the crime charged and that he stabbed the deceased approximately 16 times in a fit of rage due to her absence from home in the days leading up to the incident.
