CAUGHT: Security Surveillance led to the arrest of robbers hours after they were videoed robbing tourists in the nearby Meersig lagoon in Walvis Bay in broad daylight. The Namibian police who captured the number plate of the vehicle, arrested the suspects at a police checkpoint.
