The City of Windhoek (CoW) has announced that some parts of Windhoek will experience water supply interruptions from Tuesday, 16 July 2024, to Thursday, 18 July 2024.
The affected areas include Eros, Von Eckenbrecher Street, Olympia, and Suiderhof. Eros’ water interruption is scheduled for Tuesday from 8h00 to 16h30, and Von Eckenbrecher Street’s for Wednesday from 8h00 to 13h00. Olympia and Suiderhof’s water interruptions are scheduled for Thursday from 8h00 to 16h00.
CoW explained that the scheduled interruptions are due to the replacement of valves in the city’s water reticulation network.
“We kindly request that you make necessary alternative arrangements during this period. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated,” CoW added.
