BILATERAL COOPERATION: President Nangolo Mbumba and President Mokgweetsi Masisi of Botswana visited the Namibian Ports Authority (NamPort). The Namibian Presidency said that the visit aimed to update the two Heads of State on the port’s operations. The presidents also toured NamPort and the Botswana Dry Port facilities. This visit followed their participation in the official opening of the Swakopmund International Trade Expo (SWAiTEX). At the expo, President Masisi expressed his strong belief that collaboration with the Dry Port Facility at Walvis Bay could significantly enhance bilateral cooperation between Namibia and Botswana.
