STRENGTHENING BILATERAL RELATIONS: President Nangolo Mbumba received a courtesy call from British High Commissioner Charles Moore, who stressed the importance of strengthening the relationship between Namibia and the United Kingdom (UK) and discussed ongoing and future collaborations. He also highlighted the significance of Commonwealth cooperation and Namibia’s upcoming November elections. Both Moore and President Mbumba reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing diplomatic ties and exploring new opportunities for bilateral cooperation. Moore also extended his condolences on the passing of President Hage Geingob, marking his first personal meeting with President Mbumba since the late President Geingob’s passing.
