POLICE in Ogongo, Omusati Region, are investigating a case of murder and defeating the course of justice after an unknown woman killed and dumped a newborn baby in the bushes recently. The exact date of the incident is unknown, but the baby’s body was discovered on Saturday afternoon by a woman who was collecting empty cans.
According to the police, the suspect gave birth to a baby boy and then killed him by hitting his head with an unknown hard object. The suspect then dumped the body with the intention of defeating the course of justice. The police are urging local residents to assist in tracing the suspect who is currently unknown.
