A CASE of kidnapping and robbery is being investigated by police in Ohangwena after a woman was attacked on Saturday.
According to the police crime report issued on Sunday, the victim was attacked from the Woermann Brock Store to Onamhinda village around 12:00.
“It is alleged that the suspect loaded the victim in his vehicle and drove away with her to the bushes, where he threatened her with the knife and robbed her,” said police.
The victim was also robbed of her properties, including cash to a total value of N$22 150.
No arrests or recoveries have been made so far.
Police investigations into the matter continue.
