A MAN is yet to be arrested for housebreaking with intent to steal and theft by police in the Oshikoto Region.
According to Community Affairs Officer Inspector Ellen Nehale, the suspect allegedly used an unknown object to gain entry into a flat at Oshaakondwa Oniipa on Sunday evening.
Nehale stated that the suspect allegedly stole a red bag, yellow towel, two black Samsung cell phones, one pair of ‘tekkies’, soaps, lotions, two perfumes and cash of N$450.
The stolen items are valued at N$3700 and no recovery was made.
Nehale indicated that the suspect is known by the name and residing at the same flat.
