THE decomposed body of a 52-year-old resident of the Omusheshe village near Ongwediva was discovered in the family’s mahangu field on Tuesday, three days after he was last seen alive at shebeens in the neighbouring Ondjodjo village.
It is alleged that the deceased left the house early Saturday morning and never returned.
He was last seen socializing with friends at shebeens in the Ondjodjo village that Saturday evening.
However, his relatives only realized a day later that he has not been home since Saturday.
Those searching for him eventually found his decomposed body in the mahangu field Tuesday evening.
According to the police, no foul play is suspected.
