A CASE of housebreaking of business premises is being investigated by police in the Oshana Region after the Ohakweenyanga Combined School in the Ongwediva constituency was broken into at an unknown time Monday.
Police community affairs officer Inspector Thomas Aiyambo said that the suspects used unknown object broke into the storeroom and the kitchen and stole items valued at N$18 030.
The stolen items include a fridge, fourteen sports kits and a variety of Grade 6 textbooks as well as kitchen utensils such as 90 plastic plates and 40 steel spoons.
Aiyambo said that only the fridge was recovered so far, found abandoned in an oshana.
No arrest has been made.
