THE Namibian police are on the hunt for a suspect(s) who murdered a 17-year-old boy and removed some of his organs in the Kavango East region.
According to the weekend crime bulletin, the gruesome incident happened between Sunday, 26 June, at about 23h00 and Friday, 1 July, at 06h00 at Rudhiva village in the Mukwe Constituency.
It is alleged that the suspect(s) killed the teenager, Thikundeko Felix Disho, with an unknown object and dumped his body in the river with the intention to defeat the course of justice.
The body was recovered with multiple organs missing and transported to Rundu State Mortuary for storage and pending autopsy. The deceased’s next of kin were informed and police investigation continues.
