THE Namibian police have made another breakthrough in their relentless pursuit of stock thieves who continue to cause serious damages and losses countrywide.
In the latest arrest, four men were caught in connection with a stock theft that happened between February and March at Farm Thabis in the Otavi district.
The four suspects, whose ages range from 22 to 51, reportedly stole goats and farm gates to the value of N$463 900 and sold them.
The Namibian police called on farmers and community members to attend police meetings focused on addressing stock thefts and other concerns.
