These basic laws resulted in the Chris Victory Ministry of All Nation (Cvmoan) enforcing its teachings into continuously constructing homes for the less privileged people in their society.
Cvmoan has not just been a church, but a house of solutions for the people.

In 2021, the church raised close to N$80 000 for the establishment of houses in the area of Indjinda, which was to cater for elderly people who find themselves without accommodation and other contributing factors due to poverty.
Recently, the church embarked on another exciting project of constructing a four-bedroom house for a former troublesome lady who turned around her life to seek God.
The beneficiary, Ester David, lived her whole life sleeping in a shack, and the community saw the need to construct a proper shelter, to motivate her to always look forward.
Cvmoan Lead Pastor Sem Abiatar said the aim to construct homes for people is to improve the living standards of many people and give them a better environment to stay in.
Abiatar stated that the construction for David’s house started in December and is expected to be completed soon.
“So far we have constructed eight houses for the people who find themselves in situations where they feel neglected by society and will continue to construct more.
“It’s important to consider the pain of other people, it should matter no matter what it takes,” he said.
He emphasized that love gives, love has compassion and love cares for others, an investment worth millions of dollars.
