AN investigation has been launched into the possibility that a young mother from Walvis Bay, the 22-year-old Danielle Beukes, has been kidnapped.
According to the missing person report provided by the Namibian Police in the Erongo Region, Daniella went missing from her home in the Pescanove fats. The missing person shares the flat situated in Rumbi Kandanga Street with a male friend.
Daniella was last seen at the Pescanova Flats at about 22:00 on Thursday evening by her boyfriend who walked her home.
According to the report her boyfriend got into a fight with Lennard Pelley, also known as Jack Sparrow, a South African national. Pelley, according to the report, is also Daniella’s boyfriend.
The fight started after Pelley broke into the other boyfriend’s house.
In this instance, a case of housebreaking and assault was registered with the police in Walvis Bay.
Pelley also attacked another friend of Daniella’s. During the fight, Pelley stabbed the man in the abdomen.
No case has been registered with the Walvis Bay police in this regard.
It is believed that Pelley and Daniella left Walvis Bay On Thursday evening and that they might be on their way to South Africa.
When the couple left Walvis Bay, the young woman left her baby girl behind and her family is worried that Pelley might have forced Daniella into going with him. They described him as armed and dangerous.
