A WOMAN from Rehoboth is currently in police custody after she reportedly stabbed her boyfriend twice, resulting in his death.
The murder happened on Saturday following a couple’s quarrel while the two were on their way home from a bar.
The suspect, 42, and the victim, who is 32, reportedly had an argument, which led to the fatal stabbing.
The deceased was stabbed twice in the chest. His next of kin have not yet been informed.
In an unrelated matter, the Namibian police also report that on Friday in Windhoek, a male security guard raped his female colleague.
The incident, according to Nampol Spokesperson Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, happened at Otjomuise.
The victim was on duty when the suspect hit the victim on the head before overpowering her.
