As a result, a 28-year-old man is facing charges of murder.
It s believed the two men were involved in a quarrel during which Sakaria, who was armed with a panga, threatened to kill the suspect.
Oshikoto Regional Police Commander, Commissioner Armas Shivute, confirmed the incident and said it occurred around 00:12 on Saturday morning at the King Service Station in the Olumbongo location of Oniipa.
