NAMIBIA’S largest mobile telecommunications provider, MTC, announced that Paulus Pataya from Swakomund and Ute Tjiriange from Windhoek won a trip of a lifetime to watch the Brave Warriors at AFCON that is currently underway in Egypt.

The winners participated in a special SMS competition that came to an end recently.
Speaking at the announcement in Windhoek, MTC’s spokesperson, Tim Ekandjo said that the winners would watch the Namibia versus South Africa game that will take place on Friday as well as match played by Ivory Coast and Morocco that will play out on the same night.
“It’s a once in a life time opportunity to our customers to go and watch Namibia play at the AFCON,” he said.
Ekandjo added that the second phase of the competition would kick off soon with the winners getting a chance to watch the runners’ up and final match.
