Farmers between Grunau and Noordoewer in the deep south of Namibia were again surpsied by another hail storm that occurred earlier on Monday.

It is the second time in two days that parts of the south were inundated with hail stones from the cloud. During Saturday night a hail storm was reported in the area of Koës.
Besides the hailstorm near Grunau farmers in the area of Ariamsvei living near the Orange River also reported good rains on Monday afternoon
In the far north residents of Rundu reported that light rain that fell in and around the town on the banks of the Okavango River.
Further south motorists on their way to Grootfontein also encountered a hail storm as the approached the town in the central northern part of Namibia earlier on Monday.
Residents of Otjiwarongo also reported rain for a third day in a row.
More rain can be expected as partly cloudy and warm to hot conditions with a few thundershowers over the central-north and isolated thundershowers in the northeast and east are for forecast for Tuesday.
Windy conditions will prevail over the interior of Namibia while residents at the coast can expect partly cloudy and cool to warm conditions with fog patches in the morning.
