Namibian football legend, Lolo Goraseb, welcomed the Brave Warriors back after the team landed at the Hosea Kutako International Airport this afternoon.
Team was in high spirits after progressing through to 2019 AFCON at the dismay of Mozambique who failed to beat Guinea Bissau on Saturday.
At a press conference held yesterday after the game, Brave Warriors Head Coach Ricardo Mannetti said that the players did well despite the defeat against Zambia.
“Obviously we will have to improve a lot before going into AFCON but overall I am proud of the boys for putting up a good fight during the entire process of all the qualifying rounds” he said.
