THE Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate hosted its first ever open air cinema event on Saturday, 13 October. The Estate welcomed residents and the public alike to enjoy a special screening of the 90’s classic – Home Alone. This event was held on the clearing at the entrance of the Estate and allowed the general public and residents to pack a cool box and a camping chair for a memorable movie night under the Elisenheim stars. The event was an overall success, with over 500 people in attendance to enjoy the plucky Kevin McCallister (Played by Macaulay Culkin) thwart two bumbling burglars while he is left home alone from a family vacation. With ample parking and various food options, the overall event was enjoyed immensely by members of the Estate and all in attendance. With the positive feedback obtained from this event, similar events will definitely be arranged in future.
